Luma support
Luma is a Mac player and TV guide for media sources you choose. It does not supply television channels, movies, shows or provider accounts. Use only sources you are authorized to access.
Get started
Open Luma to try its original offline sample without an account. To use your own media, add a compatible Xtream account or M3U playlist in Accounts, or a WebDAV folder in Connections. Your source determines which titles, channels, schedules, artwork, audio tracks and subtitles are available.
A channel or title will not play
Check that your source is available and that the address and account details you entered are current. Try another item from the same source. Some provider functions and media formats may not be compatible with Luma. If you use an HTTP source, review Luma’s connection warning before enabling it. Your provider is responsible for its service and content availability.
Purchases and subscriptions
The current pre-release app does not sell subscriptions. When Luma Premium becomes available, its monthly and yearly plans are intended to remove Luma ads and unlock Kids and Favorites; neither plan includes media or a provider account. Prices and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. If an active purchase is missing, use Settings → Restore Purchases. Use Settings → Manage Subscription to view or cancel renewal through Apple.
Privacy and removing a source
Remove a source from Accounts or Connections. Read our privacy policy for details about local storage and provider requests.
